2025 Registration Information for Milford Youth Baseball and Softball in Milford, Ohio

- IMPORTANT- The new Ohio State Law regarding concussions in youth sports requires us to make available to you information regarding concussions. Below is the link to that information. It is important for you to read this information. When you submit your registration to MYBA you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the information provided regarding concussions.
ALL COMMUNITY AND SOFTBALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN UNIFORMS AT THE END OF SEASON
- On-line credit card registration for the 20245 season will open December 1
- Age cutoffs- For Knothole and Community programs the player’s age on May 1st of current year determines their division. Knothole players do not register online...please contact your coach for registration requirements.
- For Softball the player’s age on January 1st of upcoming year determines which division they play.
- REGISTRATION
- If you registered in person or by mail last year, your information is not stored on the on-line registration system. You will need to complete the on-line registration as if you are a new player. There will be a place during the registration process where you can list last years coach and your desire to return to that team.
- Click the On-line Registration Link to start the process. Online registration is now Open
- If you registered on-line last year, you will be able to access last years registration data. Click here to lookup your previous registration data. It will help expedite the on-line credit card registration process.
- No Refunds after March 15th
* Every effort will be made to accommodate individual requests such as placement on a team with a friend, placement with a certain coach or placement on the team that you played for the previous year if request is made by February 15. Any requests made after this date will be honored if possible but is tougher since teams may be formed and uniforms ordered
- ALL COMMUNITY BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN UNIFORMS AT THE END OF THE SEASON

LATE FEES: A $15.00 Late Sign-Up Fee will be charged after February 15th.

NOTE:
- In-Person registration fees shown above. On-line registration costs $5 more to cover processing fees.
- All MYBA baseball and softball players are required to pay a GMAA fee. This fee is included in the fees listed above.
- Knothole Baseball players and Select players: Team managers collect and turn in all player registration forms for their entire team. Individual players DO NOT register online or at in person signups.
- Community players and Softball players:
- Community and Softball players register individually, even if they desire to return to the same team.
- Community and Softball fees include uniforms, equipment and umpire costs.
